PLANT CAPACITY

The plant was designed under expert guidance from Fuba of Germany one of the largest manufactures of PCB's in the world.
The present installed capacity of the plant is 42000 Sq. Meters per year. Out of this 7000 Sq. Meters  is multilayered. The balance 35000 Sq. Meters can be exclusively double sided or a blend of double sided and single sided.

The machinery installed in the plant is of a very high quality. But machinery alone can not ensure high quality output. Thus over the years, it has been our study to establish reputed dependable sources of supply for the various inputs including consumables. This enables the company to turn out products of consistently high quality.

LAND & MACHINERY

The factory is built on approx. 3.75 Acres of land.  The built up area of the factory is 3360  Sq. Mtrs. Approx.

As this is a PCB's factory we need large volumes of water.   To meet the water requirement we have our own Tube Well which has a  capacity of pumping 200 Liters. Per minute.

To meet our Power requirements we have an independent II KVA feeder from the State Electricity Board to our factory along with the necessary paraphernalia for stepping the voltage down to the required level.  In addition we have a Diesel Generator .  Consequently We have a Central A.C. Plant comprising two units of 50 tons capacity each.  Except the Wet Process area the rest of the factory is air conditioned.

We have some buildings on the premises for providing bachelor accommodation to some Managers and Supervisors and family accommodation to a few Supervisors.
